      They have a great I&D team that oversees 15 active Employee Resource Groups. The work can be rewarding.

      Cons

      Our department has been understaffed since early 2021. And during a recent meeting we were told since we did it last year, we can do it this year. However many people are nearing burnout and the new senior manager for the department never gives positive encouragement and has started to micromanage after completely destroying the team structure. They changed everyone's teams and managers for a still undisclosed reason. In the middle of our busiest season.
