Great People, Poor Direction

Pros

The best thing about working here is the opportunities that arise when you work hard and prove your abilities. The people are great, there is a lot of dedication and creativity within the company.

Cons

There is so much change in organizational direction, that job security is an issue. There is so much emphasis on cost and less on knowledge and value add.

Pros

Salary and benefits were good to start. A mediocre breakfast and lunch cafeteria on site in the building. After that, nothing positive happened.

Cons

Dismal moral through entire office. I went through three management changes in one year. Last one was proud of fact she never took any communications or supervisor training courses. All politics. No upper management direction for projects. Jumped to and from projects quickly with no end game.

Sinking Ship

Pros

Some competent and friendly people. They are often marginalized so they're use is limited.

Cons

Had to threaten the company after years of reporting unethical and illegal behavior from management. Despite overwhelming evidence of inappropriate behavior including sexual harassment and racial slurs they kept much of management around. You will be asked to work 18 hour days and then be told the company cannot afford raises and that there is no room for growth because they are shrinking their business. It's a sinking ship, get off while you can.
