Pros

- Nice co-workers - Flexible hours - Good 401K match - Decent pay

Cons

- Poor leadership, from top down - Constant company and department merges and reorgs; everyone in fear of losing job - low employee morale - Rampant nepotism; pay increases and promotions not by merit - Highly political - Low pay increases - They only want “yes” men (and women); don’t want to hear the truth - No clear mission

Pros

flexible scheduling for salaried employees as of 2014; some offices have fitness centers (small but decent)

Cons

In the last 10 years, things have really taken a turn, little by little each year, more and more is stripped down and worn away. Seems like there is a re-org every 5 minutes! In the last 12 months, I have had 4 different managers, each time, goals change, processes have to change to conform to the new manager and more time is spent trying to show a person's value - SO FRUSTRATING. Managers and Sr Management are hired based on having a degree - not experience in the position; with some of the reorgs, you will notice people in management that DO NOT want to be there so there is no development for the teams they support.

Pros

120 hours of paid vacation per year and are allowed to carry over up to 120 hours into the next calendar year.

Cons

Once you are fast-tracked thru all of the advanced trainings, the job becomes so overwhelming that it's impossible to keep up with all of the required, unreasonable metrics. Minimum quality requirements are way too high for all the information we have to know. After call work requirement is way too low when you are forced to work with a computer that is so slow that you can't get your work done in time. Website sucks. So does all the applications we have to work with on the computer. Improvements to our systems are taking way too long to rectify. Pay is way too low for the cost of living in an expensive city like Denver. Because the internal wholesalers are not quality reviewed they get to treat us however they want without accountability.
