Lots of nice people, nice location, has an eatery, great compensation, nice benefits, you get severance if you get laid off

Cons

Mostly a call center now, no more real opportunities for those in the business world, great likelihood of being laid off

Pros

Good place to star out of college or if you don't have a degree. Good job experience for a resume, and many opportunities to stand out if you are a hard worker. Many opportunities to move around in this division.

Cons

Entry salaries are very low, promotions are only based on available profits of the company so promotions do not happen very often and pay raises are at best 3% a year. Education is not rewarded, salaries will be the same for those with degrees as those without.

Pros

No pros. Seriously, this was the worst job I ever had. I waited to write this review after I left the company so that I wouldn't be writing an emotionally based review.

Cons

Negative work environment with exceptionally poor morale of the technical groups. Working with supervisors that have no qualifications to be in supervision or management position. You have no recourse. They promote based on if you have the "pull" or who you knew. Management doesn't listen to technical people working on jobs. All work and direction decided by management which is directed by corporate office in Iowa or out of Netherlands ( not a US owned company). They lost 3 of their best programmers/developers/analysts in my area due to inept management and lack of skill enhancement. NO SUPPORT of their technical personnel. Had one person training their replacements without giving her a promotion or new job title. Everyone on edge since they don't know if they are next in line for lay-off. The worst run company and worst job & job environment I ever had! On the purely objective side, benefits decreased every yr. and they are increasing outsourcing work. They have now a plan in place to terminate or relocate the vast majority of technical support to US Corp office from the office I was in.
