Pros

Lots of internal training provided and annual budget for professional development. Ongoing employee events. Great lunchroom facility with plenty of microwaves, coffee machines, tables and chairs, sofas to watch TV. Good benefits and good location.

Cons

One side of business was not doing well (class action suit filed). Canada site was just a subsidiary so control / authority was in US with parent company in Netherlands. Monthly parking fee was high but no choice due to location. Too many mandatory meetings.
