      Pros

      Hard to find any pros. You are only promoted if you are best friends with one of the supervisors.

      Cons

      no work/life balance at all. When requesting time off it must be taken in 4 hour increments; and a don't even think about asking for the day off after Thanksgiving in 2011. Must clock in before work, clock in and out at lunch and again when you leave.

      Pros

      If you are looking to get experience in the wholesale financial services industry it is a good place to start.

      Cons

      Don't plan on advancing too fast within this company. This is not a company that sees the value in its employees and does not focus on professional growth and advancement. Poor overall management.
