      It's not a typical factory. This place is a fabrication shop.

      Cons

      It is always hot or cold. And is always dirty. Quality of air is terrible and did I mention dirty. Very heavy work.

      Thank you for providing your feedback. We are glad to have you on the team as we know the work is not easy and definitely not for everyone. We have respirators for employees who request them and require the appropriate PPE for all tasks where air quality during cleaning, painting, and blasting require it.
