Pros

Management is always good to you. They work with you when you need time off. If you want to work more hours they will help you get them. Feels like a family atmosphere. Fun to go to the football games.

Cons

not getting to work when schools out. I would go back in a heart beat.

Transdev recently bought out First Transit-too early to tell what changes will be made. They borrowed drivers from other sites to help with the workload.
