      Great employees, awful management and company

      Pros

      Great, loyal and caring employees who work there.

      Cons

      A hostile work environment and awful culture behind the scenes at the U.S. corporate headquarters. Unprofessional behavior, blatant bullying and harrassment of staff regularly took place there. The head of HR was aware of everything and knowingly allowed this behavior and culture to continue.
