Local management teams are often ill equipped and under qualified. Frontline employees are treated poorly, driver shortages have created a toxic work environment and drivers are forced to work 7 days a week without adequate rest. Hours of service violations are overlooked due the the shortages. This industry is a ticking time bomb, just waiting for a series of major incidents as a result of driver fatigue

They mandate you on your off days every week. They don't care about their employees. The union reps half way want to help you. Management want u to show good customer service, however they don't show towards their employees. There is only one HR and one payroll person and they always messing up. The buses are always breaking down.
