The company is highly relevant in the countries where it is active, because it provides public transport in a substantive and wide scale fashion. Hands on, pragmatic, freedom to achieve goals in the way a professional deems the most efficient. Good employer!

Cons

As with any corporate an individual can always become part of a downsizing operation due to decisions made at the central HQ, without having any influence on the matter.
