Pros

Steady work, easy job, descent benefits.

Cons

Start-up phase has been rough for everybody, from clients, to drivers, dispatch, and management. Runs are often scheduled poorly, with insufficient time before/between to actually get there at the specified times. As another reviewer stated, the scheduled runs often overtake out break and lunch times. Things have gotten better, and we're seeing improvement now since the initial start-up. Hopefully, they will continue to improve.

Pros

Travel is unclear but sounds great, too easy not for the detail oriented, full time, benefits like medical dental 401k, many locations in the United States of America, and career for the weak minded or retired.

Cons

Run around interview process, grey job offer letter, executives don't answer emails, position forces you to compromise career obj.,fake time or respect, discrimination within the lower ranks, unclear trainning plans, dangerous training methods. DOT needs to see them.

Pros

Management is great, everyone is very supportive of your work and gives you encouragement. It is more like a family and the benefits are great. It is a fast paced environment since there is a call center but the people who work there make it worthwhile. The company has international operations and is a very large company.

Cons

There are no downsides to working for this company.
