Tell management The mechanics are on the computer tracking other employees they just look at you. Management comes around once every month or two so you are on your own With the 45 dollars an hour babies who like to play childish pranks on you. Forget about getting any support you are just the parts guy the boys with the golden wrenches rule over you. You have to join the union after 90 days money out of your pocket. Again the whole system rewards your good buddies the mechanics and Verizon management. Worked there over two years Not vested in retirement so those dues Were worthless. Think twice before you take this job There is no advancement management Doesn’t go over what benefits you do have Which isn’t much. Do you really want to drive 120 miles so You can be Verizon whipping boy?? That is your job cater to the boys with the Golden wrench’s who get all the pay and benefits. One day you will be like me Say that’s it I quit walk out of The dead end demeaning job!!!
