Pros

The staff really try to support each other and rally around each other at crunch-time. Remote work was finally embraced during COVID.

Cons

Leadership is woeful. The COO is not to be trusted and makes middle management decisions based on who he likes rather than who has the required skill set. He is the largest reason for my departure. I found the owner of the company to be a likeable person with real enthusiasm for his company. Unclear why he puts up with his second in command.
