Pros
Beautiful work place! It is very well organised and really beautiful: swimming pools, saunas, parks, gym, free coffee and snacks, really nice parties.
Cons
In general I believe that it used to be a nice place, but, little by little, more negative and aggressive people were hired. This created an incredibly nervous environment. I saw couple of mangers having an extremely bad behaviour, it looked like bullying:(
