      Very flexible part-time hours. Generous paid time off package for full time employees. Easy work, mostly stress-free.

      Cons

      Lacking innovation. Full time has little to no flexibility. Can take a long time to transition from part-time to full. Not all positions treated fairly.

      Flex work time is nice.

      Cons

      Awful management. They show favoritism and have no way of training a person, they just expect a person to know their jobs on the first day. Pay is awful.
