Thank you for your review, your employee experience is important to us . The only instance in which a full-time employee would not be offered benefits, would be in a contractor role. The agreements between Transwest and their contracted employees varies. If you are not a contracted employee, I recommend that you reach out to the HR team to receive their input. Pros

Fun environment. Guys are easy to work with mostly, but tempers can run high occasionally. Decent pay for resonable work. Started at 20 per hour, but no raises after 90 days like most companies. PTO starts to accrue at first pay period, but at 3.69 hours each pay period. Most smart companies would make it an even 4 per pp.

Cons

Management kept saying bonuses are coming, but we haven't seen any since TW took over. They keep getting busier and busier but expect the same skeleton crew to perform at increasingly higher output, yet still no bonus ever happening. After an old time employee retired at the front counter, they haven't replaced him, saving the company at least 40k per year, yet still no raises or bonuses after 4 months. I bet in 4 months, I still won't have been replaced and the other guys that are left won't have gotten any raises or bonuses yet
