management is atrocious, toxic is an understatement. The location manager has his clear favorites and everyone else is replaceable, he treats long-term employees as a hindrance to his new regime. management is known to show favoritism, and micromanage personnel he doesn't favor, and while he has moments of being okay his personality and lack of tact in situations make it hard to work there. The toxic environment trickles down to the front counter sales team who can often be seen ignoring customers and playing on their phones. or hiding in the manager's office sitting on the floor to hide from customers. The assistant manager is better, but still lacks authority to make changes and is often out of position covering for other managers who are incapable of running their staff.
