Pros

Nothing. The company culture is lousy and there is no room for development.

Cons

I could go on and on but I won't

Pros

After meeting the chairman and founder, Robert Duncan, I can see why Transwestern has a warm/family feeling. Everyone is so kind and helpful towards one another. They genuinely care about the people doing the jobs, not just the jobs themselves. They prefer to hire/promote from within to hiring 3rd party.

Cons

IT could use some improvements.

Pros

A great National support system. Working on its Diversity & Inclusion initiatives.

Cons

Speaking from a local level standpoint only...city leader can't keep or form a creative/marketing team. Expects you to service an entire region and complete high-level tasks for upper management under an entry-level title. Rarely promotes support staff within.
