Pros

I really enjoy working for this company. Everybody treats each other with a lot of respect. Pretty much like family. They are super understanding of a lot of things. The pay is really well. The benefits are really good

Cons

Haven't had too many cons

Pros

This place keeps being voted the best place to work, and there is a reason for it. Even during market downturns and difficult clients, I can't help but feeling how lucky I am to be apart of such a great team environment.

Cons

Benefits are not the best, but honestly this is something that the real estate industry as a whole needs to improve on. Any other RE firm you'd go to would look the same.
