Very entrepreneurial in nature. Allows employees to follow their interests, and make their own unique contributions.

Cons

Some of the company has an old school mindset, and is reluctant to adopt some of the modern changes.

- Strong leadership with vision for growth and success - Great benefits including person time off, bonuses, some expenses covered -Employees generally like eachother and enjoy hanging out outside of work

Cons

-A company where you need to create your own job / path (can't just apply for a promotion) which can be good and bad -Sometimes hard to know what other markets / employees are up to
