Pros

Capability of growth and valuable knowledge, if you are placed with Property Manager that allows such.

Cons

Many Project Managers stifle growth and are extremely controlling with intense micro management. Long hours with no OT compensation...again depending on the PM. Executive staff listens, but rarely provides follow through.

Pros

I loved my boss and learned so much from her because she is a great leader and took the time to invest in her employees.

Cons

The upper management employees were not good people managers. Many of them had been promoted for simply being at the company for a long time.
