Pros

good work life balance, decent benefits, good for people who don't want any work culture

Cons

poor leadership from the top, no communication, low compensation relative to similar positions, very few promotion opportunities, bad team environment- everyone looks out for themselves rather than uplift others

Pros

Given the industry type most everyone has a pretty positive attitude, genuinely fun and good people to work with

Cons

Lots of changes in leadership lately and not much room on compensation negotiation. Like the job but its hard to ignore more lucrative opportunities.
