Training is inconsistent then you live total different rules. Rules are changing constantly. Supervisor are overwhelmed always under staffed so hard for them to assist representative agents no room for advancement no increase in pay i known people working there for 4 years same pay no promotion no bonus they lie when your on-boarding summer season is back to back calls systems are slow and always lagging customers hate their website or automated systems complain constantly but instead improving the customer experience company worried if you use the bathroom how to make more money . Management has favorites and their total idiots seem their favor their kind iykyk
