      When you get out of the click your nobody and they fire you and treat you like the enemy.

      Low Pay, Out of touch leadership.

      Pros

      They'll hire you with no experience so I suppose that's a plus if you're looking to get in to the field

      Cons

      Pay is absurdly low. They have lost good people because of it and still done nothing to improve it. The SOC is suffering from extreme alert fatigue because alerts don't get tuned and analysts are drowning in false positives with no work actually being done to combat it. Instead time is being dedicated to marketable features that serve no actual purpose and provide no benefit to customers.

      Fully remote position therefore work/life balance is decent

      Cons

      Turnover is very high at this company. I was there only a year and watched 4 people get let go and another 4 leave on their own.
