They will hire you with no experience

Cons

You are thrown to the wolves & forces to learn on your own. When you reach out for help in chats it’s so hard to actually get help or someone will direct you to read an article on something you’ve never done like a weather waiver for example. The majority of managers don’t even know how to help ,they will direct you to a senior consultant.No travel benefits.

We continue to focus on training for both new and long-term team members, to make sure everyone is fully equipped to excel in their roles and meet the needs of our customers. Antiquated IT infrastructure, terrible management, bad training they pay lower than other companies.
