      Pros

      Having worked for some of the larger TMCs in my career, I really enjoy the corporate culture at Travel Incorporated. My leader and co-workers are like family to me - they are all approachable and friendly. Most companies boast of cutting edge technology but seldom deliver - at Travel Incorporated it's actually true. Some of the internal tools are robust and amazing to work with.

      Cons

      Internal response times can sometimes take a while.

      Pros

      It’s work from home completely. The thing I love best about working here is we always try to do right by the customer. It makes problem solving very easy because typically if there’s an issue, I am confident that TI will do right by the customer. It makes answering calls for people stranded at an airport much easier. The culture is so positive & I feel that I’m a valuable part of the company & always have. I was laid off due to Covid and came back after working somewhere else because I like it here so much.

      Cons

      We have an older system, but updating soon! It is a lot of training up front, but they definitely prepare you for it.
