Great Pay and Benefits. Excellent Corp. Culture and working Environment. Upcoming company with lots of room for growth. Laid back employees always easy to get along with.

Cons

The software side of the house’s management is not being run by quality, experienced people. All of the people at the company are super nice people, but many of the tech management are just not very experienced in their respective positions. Unfortunately the lack of knowledge and experience at key tech management positions causes failures throughout the company in many areas. Do not question anyone in management, even when they are clearly wrong and desperately seeking the correct solution.
