Pros

I started with Travelers 5 months ago. Everyone has been welcoming and willing to help new employee get up to speed. There is a lot of long term employees which is a good sign. There have been no surprises. The have a lot of tools and are investing in new technology to help do your job. In my experience working with other carriers, this is not always the case.

Cons

You have to bring your own coffee. The vending machines at the office are very expensive. They don't provide a stipend when using personal cell phones for business like their peers.
