      Pros

      - More than fair compensation. - Many open positions across the country and globally. - Substantial variety in terms of business units and functions. - Crossing business units is possible, networking is key for movement.

      Cons

      - No work/life balance. - Expectations are unreasonable. - Politics is considered FAR more than competence or abilities. - Favoritism is VAST and extremely unfair. - Upper management "pretends" to push rewards and recognition and pay for performance, however when it's time to compensate, nothing results. - Lack of understanding between individual contributors and management.
