great benefits, a lot of company resources, management treats you like you are on the same level, overtime availability is a bonus

Cons

high stress level, phone rang off the hook all day, overload of work compared to mandatory hours and best practices

Pros

They have good employee morale and make sure you are a happy worker You don't get micro managed and can work at your own pace You can work from home and they provide a car, cell phone, lap top and other benefits.

Cons

Can get very busy with claims and may be called for CAT duty for 1-3 weeks at a time Attention to detail a must

The salary is way above average. The office is in the suburbs vs downtown. The computer systems are modern and they are updating.

Cons

Management does not give good direction on file handling. Many fellow employees act unprofessionally to customers. Managers are never around.
