Pros

Salary and benefits and that's about it. Company car sucks. It's dangerous to drive in any type of weather or terrain.

Cons

Terrible work load. They don't care if you drown in it. You're salaried so they "own" you. Doesn't matter how good of a worker you are eventually you will exhaust. When you do mgmt will "mark" you and push you out the door. I have seen it happen to countless co-workers.

Pros

Good benefits Pto starts the first day

Cons

They pay black people significantly less than your counterparts, so ask for what you want! Don’t believe that they are paying you less because you get a bonus, cause they tax the bonus at nearly 50%, so if your bonus is $3000, you’ll only see about $1400 and it’s NOT counted towards your taxes. They are very strict on the hybrid schedule; and when you initially get hired they ask you to go review them on a bunch of sites so their numbers look good while your still “hype” to work there. Most of the great reviews you see are coming from new hires who started within 1-2 days. Progression is all about who you know. Absurd amounts of mandatory meetings that benefit you nothing. Mainly just people with power wanting to prance around and make you look at them. I also heard, If you get a sign on bonus you HAVE TO stay for a whole year, if not they take you to small claims court to get their money back.

Pros

Pay is decent. PTO decent around 20 days off a year. Work from home and flexible schedule

Cons

High claim volume. Claims are not evenly spread out. You have to pay for your company car , other Carriers you don’t. Very very high claim volume. Travelers doesn’t pay overtime so you work all the time for the same pay. They came out with a stretch pay to give reps more money who met certain goals, then back peddled and never paid them. Managers don’t care about your stress or your claims.
