Pros

Tons of feedback. Good compensation package. Great time off. Great company to work for, overall - most individuals are great to work with.

Cons

.Managers do not seem to have much in the way of training for how to manage individuals - can lead to some rocky situations, but almost everyone is willing to learn and accept feedback.

Pros

The firm is centrally located close to public transportation. One of the few firms that still has a pension and some good benefits.

Cons

It is a paper factory job. You are judged by how many files you handle each day. Overtime is forbidden so people come in earyy or give up their lunch to have higher numbers than co-workers just to protect their jobs.

Pros

Good experience in insurance defense.

Cons

Pay is terrible. Bonuses promised as major part of compensation package. ZERO in bonus. Found out this is their standard gambit. People fly through here for a good reason.
