      Pros

      Manager's are always willing to listen, they have an open door policy. A good place to work. There are a lot of competitive employees who are up to a good challenge.

      Cons

      Things are constantly changing and therefore there is no consistency across the company. Some of the systems used ,in Canada, seem to be outdated. They need to speed up on improving their IT and software programs to keep up with other insurance companies that are more automated.
