      Pros

      The company has done some very positive moves to improve their technology. The claim organization is one of the best in the industry. Travelers is making positive attempts to improve Diversity awareness as well.

      Cons

      Travelers is made of different companies that have occurred as a result of different mergers and acquisitions. As a result, there are different cultures that still exist at lower levels of the company. These cultures make it tough to manage at times at the lwe levels of the company as the mid level leaders from previous cultures someitme find it difficult to adjust to working as a team, although upper management may work well as an executive team.
