Business Outlook
Pros
Work with some great people that want to see you succeed. They explained they are willing to allow people to move to different departments, and possibly even different career paths, in order to retain talent. Work-life balance so far has been great. Working from home is an option. Wearing of blue jeans is allowed (it was not previously).
Cons
Little formal training (though others have been more than willing to share knowledge and provide mentorship). Slow to adopt some new technologies.
