Pros

growth potentials are prevalent if you stick through it.

Cons

cultural fit was a major challenge for me. having to constantly play the corporate game where your recognition is dependent on who likes you and who doesn't like you was very tedious and draining for me.

Pros

Great benefits and pay. Hybrid means working from home 2 days a week. Managers are a little flexible if you need to be late or work OT. The competitive pay, schedule and PTO are essentially the only thing that holds everyone here. It WAS a great company to work for a year ago. 2025, it all went south for some reason or new executive.

Cons

This is a fully computer based role, yet employees are required to be in the office three days a week with little to no flexibility, even for illness, childcare, or personal circumstances depending on your manager. The justification is collaboration, but in reality there is minimal interaction. Most employees work independently all day never able to blink off their screens even eating lunch at their desk and skipping breaks in order to meet unrealistic workload expectations. Even when KPIs are met at 100%, feedback tends to focus on criticism rather than recognition. Turnover has become extremely high within five months, seven claims representatives left, including two who became medically ill from stress leading to a domino effect as more and more pressure is put on to the remaining employees. Morale and motivation is low and contines to drop, professional relationships are minimal, and trust in management and coworkers is lacking. Leadership communication often feels unprofessional and only numbers driven, with little accountability on delivery and execution nor concern for employee well being. Attempts to improve processes are discouraged due to impossible expectations across all metrics. There is also no room for growth or change in departments.
