Pros

Good place to start and build the foundation for underwriting, PTO and flexibility

Cons

Doesn’t seem like management knows what to do with you once training is over. The transition from the training material to the desk was jarring. There is also a lack of transparency regarding goals and expectations. They change throughout the year which makes it difficult to plan.
