flexible work schedule. Minimum oversight. pretty much a care free working environment. for those of us who don't have an office to go to - even less oversight.

Cons

ZERO promotional ability. Each employee is an island and has min contact with other employees even on the same team. no team mentality and zero care from senior leadership about the revolving door forming in the department.
