Pros

It really depends on who the manager is and what department you work in. When I was a floor agent I didn't like it, but when I was promoted to agent assist I loved it.

Cons

Management can has favorites and guildlines change from day to day with no warning.

Pros

Great relaxed work environment. Employees focused on driving revenue and transactions. Other departments always willing to help out in a crisis.

Cons

Too much focus on transactions versus revenue. Need more employees with solid travel industry background.
