Pros

You could never work with a better group of people in hotel operations. We are not just a team but a family. Each team member will have your back as I would theirs. We work to make a good product and are proud of our actions.

Cons

Communication of other teams within the company did not exist which is where the downfall comes from.

Pros

Great Work-Life Balance Flexible Encouragement to innovative thinkers

Cons

No growth available. It was difficult prior to the announcement to grow within the company, but now, since the announcement of the Expedia/Travelocity agreement there will be a large decrease in the Travelocity workforce.
