Pros

Great benefits, great people to work with. Good pay. Lots of opportunity for advancement. Over time available quite often. Management is always willing to work with you in anyway they can help when needed. Great vacation benefits and good medical/dental plans. Most job postings are offered internally first if possible.

Cons

Can be stressful at times. Some of the customers can be rude at times and can get quite upset. Usually this is because of delayed or cancelled flights. Best you can do sometimes is offer empathy and sometimes that is difficult for travelers to understand.
