Pros

Forward thinking, good people to work with. Culture was fun and some very talented new and experienced hires in the current and past organization.

Cons

Long term Sabre employees move up and around the Sabre umbrella, including Travelocity. If you are new, it is very hare to move around and you feel that you are not part of the club. Great employees do not receive the same treatment as mediocre long term Sabre employees.

Pros

Flexible time off and work from home

Cons

Constant state of disorder and chaos. The company cannot figure out where it's priorities lie. It is loosing a lot of talent because of the indecisiveness and lack of focus. There is a great divide between the Indian offshore development team and the DFW teams.

Pros

They offer 3 weeks of vacation along with travel perks. Training is more then adequate with a sense of accomplishment after the initial six weeks.

Cons

Management is completely unfair and not concerned about floor agents. Advancement is prejudiced and unless chosen by management to climb up the ladder you will remain entry level.
