Pros

Work/Life Balance - Most of the teams can work from home at least once or twice per week. Medical and 401(k) benefits are better than average.

Cons

Horrendous working conditions - No place for employees to sit. In past, where there use to be place for one person, nowadays four people are sitting in the same space. Not to mention when you have more people in the same place, you have problems related to overflow parking, cafeteria, and dirty restrooms. If you are a technologist, please stay away from this place. In last couple of years, Travelocity had seen unbelievable brain drain in the technology dept. Most of the top talent has already left or is planning to leave. Technology is a side function which is looked upon as a cost center.

Pros

Very good work life balance, honest commitment to social responsibility, good industry and occasionally travel perks, some very talented people.

Cons

Complete lack of managerial courage at the VP level and above, not global, always aping what the competition does, continuous budget cuts due to poor financial performance.
