      Pros

      Good work life balance, good benefits (health coverage and 401K with match). Travel industry is exciting. Lots of people here with the company for 10-15 years.

      Cons

      Salary is average. Very slow to get any real work done. People have a mindset of maintaining the status-quo. New ideas are not always welcome. Lots of bureaucracy and meetings.

      Pros

      There are some nice people that work at this company and some of the supervisors are good as well. I guess since you get switched around a lot you can't get to know them very well.

      Cons

      Horrible hours, they switched sched. every 3 months. Also if you ever called in because of an emergency/sick or had to leave early and still had time to use, they would dock it against your attendance. Worst policies I have ever worked under. There is not really room for advancement or raises here. You make the same wage if you stay no matter how many years. There are NO wage increases.

      Pros

      Decent pay could be more, great people to work with I have made life long friends, room for advancement, if you like to stay busy this is the place.

      Cons

      Crappy benefits, Crappy hours ( this is told to you before you are hired) Stressful. Crappy hours. Low pay and crappy hours :)
