Mandatory overtime meaning they own you and you rarely get to go home when you are supposed to. Terrible job terrible pay terrible management

You have a few nice coworkers stuck in the same misery with you

Cons

Chain of command is a bunch of self serving idiots set to make everyone miserable and only care about themselves and getting promoted. Exhausted staff forced to stay for mandatory overtime without lunch breaks and sometimes no pee breaks. Not family friendly not flexible and the reason so much it is people leaving by the hundreds to work in anything else far away. Benefits are ok but not worth the headache. Benefits better than Walmart but not as good as Apple
