The company culture is quite nice, most colegues are there to help and make life easier, management is accessible, you can freely talk to anyone

Cons

Management tho allow you to express your opinion they are not listening to anything. They rather resolt to budgeting tricks than to deal with issues that are actual money sinks.

Pros

-People. The human environment is really good, very helpful friendly and welcoming -Benefits. I think that the package of benefits is very strong, it includes: Food tickets, free public transport, regular company events, discounts to different shops, 30 min paid lunch time. Homeoffice - 50% of work is done from the homeoffice ( after the onboarding period)

Cons

The interviewing process was too long, it lasted aproximatively 2 months over 7 or more meetings. Almost all the benefits listed above are available only 3 months after getting the job (after onboarding process)
