Positive reviews that you see are written by the management. Management makes a lot of false commitments. You get hired for something else, but you are made to do something else. Bad office infrastructure. No time given for innovation, you have to do exactly what is said and in the time that management expects. You opinion/ideas are not considered. Very strict office hours. Don't expect any flexibility that you see in other companies. Management frames and alters policies as they wish. You don't have any say in it. Management comes up with different policies for different individuals based on their decision. No proper HR, finance teams. You are not supposed to talk/chat/discuss with other employees. You do and talk what management wants and expects. Owners are very busy counting money and they come to office once a while for lunch/dinner

* Non-friendly management * No proper road map for the future growth *They will hire you for something and utilise for something else, you will loose your skills you are strong in *The management / manager doesn't speak regional language (Tamil) at all, whether its during the break/lunch hours/get together. They strictly follow professionalism. *
