Pros
If you want to learn while getting paid well, Tredence is the place for you. The company literally pays you to learn. As a fresher in Data Science, there was no expectation from me to know everything from the beginning. Even in projects, seniors and team leads allow you to learn and don't expect you to know it all. There are trainings for everything. Its a highly fresher-friendly place. The work culture is great, there are always fun events like hackathons, fun fridays, celebrations of festivals etc. And a LOT of great parties. Honestly the best place I could imagine being at, as a fresher.
Cons
The only con I can find is the working hours. But most companies ask you to work beyond 6 pm anyway, so I don't expect this one to be any different, considering the quality of work it demands.
