Pros

None. You will want to leave the organization in the very first week itself.

Cons

1. You will have pathetic work life balance. 2. Very poor management. 3. No motivating leaders. 4. Poor leave policies. 5. Not at all employee centric 6. Most of the projects have toxic culture 7. DO NOT join however high package they offer you as ultimately you will regret. 8. Forget about your personal life if you are joining Tredence. 9. No time to upskill and grow. Everything is just on papers. Not followed practically.

Pros

Doesn't have any pros, literally. Maybe free food at the office.

Cons

14-16 hour workdays are considered standard, you are lucky if you end your day after 12 hours. Very bad management, doesn't even respect their own offer letter. Forget about hikes, they promise one thing and do completely opposite. Instead of 2 hikes in 1 year, they roll out 1 hike in 2 years. All these positive reviews are forced / coerced by the HR team. Toxic work culture
